India managed to surpass 300 runs lead after their overnight score.Srilanka need 307 runs to win the test match and win the test series.Earlier india was all out on 269 runs in the second innings.Shewag ,gambhir scored half centuries to help india manage a score of 269 runs.Dravid finally managed to score runs he scored 44 runs before he was trapped leg before wicket by muralitharan.Sachin also managed to score 31 runs before he gave a catch in the bowling of chaminda vaas.Karthick played a cameo which helped the team to get a good lead he scored 20 runs.India will have to win this test match to stay live in the series.
